Little Canada Guest Code of Conduct

At Little Canada, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests, team members, volunteers, contractors, and visitors. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that everyone helps to create a positive environment by following these guidelines.

Be Respectful

Treat others with courtesy, kindness, and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour, or unwanted physical contact is not permitted.

We encourage guests to be mindful of others when capturing photos or videos and to ask permission before recording or photographing individuals.

Please be mindful of your language and actions and help us maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Be Considerate

Help us ensure all guests enjoy their visit by:

  • Following directions from Little Canada team members
  • Keeping noise to a reasonable level
  • Walking at all times and avoiding unsafe behaviour
  • Being mindful of other guests’ personal space and experience

Help Protect the Attraction

Our miniature displays are delicate and carefully maintained. Please enjoy the exhibits and avoid touching displays, equipment, or other property unless specifically invited to do so.

Dress Appropriately

Guests are expected to wear appropriate clothing and footwear throughout their visit.

Supervise Those in Your Care

Parents, guardians, and caregivers are responsible for the conduct and safety of children and individuals in their care. Children and vulnerable persons should not be left unattended.

Support a Safe Environment

For the safety and comfort of all guests:

  • Follow posted safety instructions and staff guidance
  • Do not bring weapons or prohibited items onto the premises
  • Refrain from any behaviour that may put yourself or others at risk
  • Use facility spaces and equipment as intended

Food, Drink, and Personal Property

Please follow any posted guidelines regarding strollers, and personal belongings. Restrictions may apply in certain areas to help protect exhibits and ensure guest safety.

Need Assistance?

Our team is here to help. If you require assistance or accommodation during your visit, please speak with a member of our staff.

Admission and Compliance

All guests must hold valid admission for entry and are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct, as well as any posted rules, policies, and instructions from Little Canada staff.

Little Canada reserves the right to refuse admission or require any guest to leave the premises if their conduct compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others, or if they fail to follow these guidelines.

Thank you for helping us create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone.
